岗位职责
1、理解英孚教育的教育理念及方法，掌握英孚教育的教学体系及内容，向学员传递英语知识及学习技能；
2、根据英孚教育的教学大纲和要求，按时准备教学方案，高质完成教学任务及其他教学活动；
3、及时跟进学员的学习情况，制定学习计划，督促、激励学员完成学习目标；
4、保持与学员、家长及客户的良好关系，协助销售人员达成续读、推荐和购买相关产品的销售目标；
5、按要求完成学校布置的各项常规和临时性工作任务；
 
岗位要求：
1、英语相关专业本科以上学历；
2、英语表达流利，英语专业八级以上；
3、具备与外教沟通的能力，有教学工作经验者优先；
4、高效、正确地传授英语知识及学习技能的业务能力。

Synopsis:
AsanEnglishTeacheratEFEducationFirstKids&Teens,youwilljoinouracademicteamtogetherwithinternationalteacherstodeliverhighqualityEnglishlessonsandacademicservicestoourstudentsfrom3-18yearsold(mainly3-12yearsold).

Therole:
TheteacherpositionisanessentialandkeypositioninEFschools.Theresponsibilitiesmainlyincludepreparinganddeliveringlessons,administeringandreportingstudents’learningprogressandcoordinatingwithotherfunctionstomaintaineffectiverelations.

Youwill:
•PrepareandcarryoutlessonsasassignedbytheDirectorofStudies
•Correct,recordandadministertheresultsofquizzes,tests,assessmentsandprogressreportforstudents
•Communicatestudents’progressandactionplanswithparentsviaphoneandparent-teachermeetings
•Assistintheplacementtestingandinterviewingfornewstudents’enrollment
•Carryoutacademiceventsincludingdemolessons,parentacademyandlifeclubs
•Attendteachertrainingpresentationsandworkshopsforowndevelopment
•Substituteforabsentcolleagues,perhapsatshortnotice,onoroff-site
